Our home at the market

Cut where Toronto has shopped for meat since 1803.

Every side and quarter we sell is broken down by hand at St. Lawrence Market, the heart of Old Town Toronto and home to generations of butchers, fishmongers and farmers. We bring that same old-market craft to your freezer: your cuts, your thickness, your way.

Why buy by the side

Better beef, better value, fewer trips

  • A better price per pound than retail

You buy the whole side at one price — including the cuts that usually carry a premium.

  • You know where your beef comes from

One farm, one animal, one inspected abattoir. We tell you the tag number.

  • Cut exactly how you like it

Thickness, pack sizes, roasts, patties, bones — it's your sheet.

  • Stocked for months

A half feeds a family of four for most of a year.
